Our mission is to create the largest collection of track and field resource articles written by a variety today's successful coaches and elite athletes who are willing to share their experience and knowledge. Track and field is the most exciting and challenging sport in the world. One of the most appealing aspects of the sport is the ability for all types of athletes to participate and excel. But to be successful the athlete must possess a combination of mental and physical strengths as well as dedication for proper training.

Through proper training, athletes hopefully develop proper technique and become successful in their events. As an athlete or coach, finding reliable information on proper track and field techniques and methods can often be difficult. So Track and Field Events is making it easier. We are going to the experts for information, experienced coaches and elite athletes in the sport. Our primary objective is to create a valuable collection of resources that will continually be updated with new articles in hopes that you will return periodically throughout your track and field career.
